Sprint Racing Team

The Sprint Team is led by former Canadian Olympian kayak athlete Jason Rusu. Ever since his first paddle on the west arm of Kootenay Lake Jason knew that Nelson is one of the best locations to support a sprint racing canoe and kayak program in the country.

Sprint team training is in progress, stay tuned for an update soon! The team meets at the Nelson Rowing Pavilion, at Lakeside Park in Nelson, BC.

Practice Details:

Monday and Wednesday: 4:30pm - 6pm
Saturday 10am - 12pm

Practice is always held at the Rowing Pavillion, at Lakeside Park in Nelson, BC.
